Należą do nich: reniany(VII) różnych metali, kompleksowe związki renu(VII) oraz dwuskładnikowe i trójskładnikowe mieszaniny renu z innymi pierwiastkami wchodzącymi w skład nadstopów. Obecnie ren do nadstopów wprowadzany jest w postaci metalicznych peletek w procesie stapiania. Proces ten wymaga utrzymywania wysokich temperatur. Wprowadzanie renu do nadstopów w postaci peletek proszków stopowych, np. Re-Ni, Re-Co, przyczynia się do ograniczenia strat renu poprzez możliwość obniżenia temperatury kąpieli topu. Ponadto, zastosowanie do otrzymywania proszku stopowego związków chemicznych o komponentach wchodzących w skład nadstopów pozwala na ominięcie etapu mielenia materiału.
The paper presents modern methods for obtaining selected rhenium(VII) compounds, that form appropriate material for reduction and in consequence production of alloy powders based on rhenium and metals included in the superalloys, i.e. nickel, aluminum, chrome and cobalt. The compounds include: different metals perrhenates, rhenium(VII) complex compounds and compositions of rhenium oxides and their mixture, in different oxidation state, with oxides of other elements included in the superalloys. Currently, rhenium is added to supperalloys in a form of metallic pellets in melting process. That process requires to high temperatures and application of high purity rhenium. The addition of rhenium to superalloys in the form of alloy powder pellets, i.e. Re-Ni, Re-Co, bring decrease of rhenium losses by reduction of melting bath temperature. Moreover, application of chemical compounds with components used in superalloys composition for production of alloy powder provides possibilities to avoid metal milling stage.
