W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań właściwości tribologicznych ulepszanej cieplnie stali stopowej zwierającej dodatek boru w warunkach ograniczonego smarowania. Badania tribologiczne przeprowadzono na testerze typu rolka-klocek w warunkach smarowania obszaru tarcia olejami Lotos mineralny i syntetyczny. Do prób zastosowano przeciwpróbki wykonane ze stopu łożyskowego CuPb30. Zastosowanie stali z borem na element pary ciernej umożliwia uzyskanie zbliżonego poziomu zużycia stopu łożyskowego do obserwowanego w skojarzeniu z elementem azotowanym jonizacyjnie. Natomiast zastosowanie w tych parach ciernych oleju syntetycznego wpływa na obniżenie współczynnika tarcia i temperatury w obszarze tarcia w większym stopniu niż zastosowanie oleju mineralnego.
The paper presents test results of the tribological properties of quenched and tempered steel containing boron additive. The tribological test was performed on the block on ring wear tester, under limited lubrication conditions: the friction area was lubricated with the mineral and synthetic Lotos oils. Counterparts made of the CuPb30 bearing alloy were used for the tests. The application of steel with boron on the element of a friction pair allows for obtaining a comparable level of wear of the bearing alloy to the one observed in the friction pair with the nitrided element. On the other hand, the use of synthetic oil in these friction pairs has a larger impact on lowering of a friction coefficient and temperature in the friction area than the application of the mineral oil.
