Praca dotyczy modelowania numerycznego zjawisk cieplnych i przemian fazowych w stanie stałym w procesach spawania doczołowego stali o podwyższonej wytrzymałości wiązką laserową i techniką hybrydową laser-łuk elektryczny. Sprzężone zjawiska cieplne opisano równaniami zachowania masy, momentu i zachowania energii. W modelowaniu przemian nagrzewania wykorzystano wykres ciągłego nagrzewania (CTPcA), natomiast w modelowaniu przemian chłodzenia wykorzystano spawalniczy wykres przemian austenitu (CTPc-S) spawanej stali. Przeanalizowano wpływ techniki spawania na kształt i wielkość spoiny oraz wielkość strefy wpływu ciepła.
This paper concerns numerical modelling of thermal phenomena and phase transformations in solid state during butt welding of high strength steel by laser beam and laser-arc hybrid techniques. Coupled thermal phenomena were described by continuum, momentum and energy conservation equations. Latent heats associated with materials state changes and phase transformations in solid state were taken into account in the solution algorithms. The kinetics of phase transformations in solid state and volumetric fractions of arising phases were obtained on the basis of Johnson-Mehl-Avrami (JMA) equation for diffusive transformations and Koistinen-Marburger (KM) equation for martensite transformation. Continuous heating transformation (CHT) diagram was used in modelling of phase transformations during heat-- ing, whereas in modelling of phase transformations during cooling-continuous cooling transformation diagram (CCT). The influence of used welding method on the shape and size of the weld and the size of heat affected zone is analyzed.
