W artykule przedstawiono rożne rodzaje badań i pomiarów ruchu niezbędne do przeprowadzenia procesu kalibracji modelu transportowego przy założonym poziomie dokładności odwzorowania systemów transportowych.
Transportation model is an essential research tool used to perform analyzes of the functioning and development of transportation systems in the specific area. The process of identification of the traffic flows and the accuracy of the mapping decision-making process largely depend on the nature and the scope of the prospective transportation studies. The article presents the various types of the surveys and measurements required to conduct the calibration process of the transportation model with the assumed level of accuracy of mapping the transportation systems. The examples relate, in particular, to the urban agglomeration of a conurbation nature - the Upper Silesian Agglomeration.
