Ponad to program celowo przewiduje działania zmierzające do polskiego "Energiewende".
In the second half of December 2014 the European Commission adopted a new budget for the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment, in which there is almost 32 billion euro allocated for Poland to cover the costs of ecologically–oriented investments. This programme is related to improving the attractiveness of Poland as a place for fund allocation and investing in energetically attractive technologies. Moreover, the programme purposefully anticipates actions leading to the Polish “Energiewende”. In this context, energy recovery systems as well as systems improving the effectiveness of energy transformation with the simultaneous reduction of pollution emission into the natural environment, prove particularly important. In the 2009/28/WE Directive [1-5] of April 2009, the requirements assigned to the member states of the European Union were clearly defined, relating to the promotion of using the energy of renewable-sources origin. In this article the possibility of applying the dissipated energy recovery system was described using the example of the gas engine fuelled by the landfill biogas (Deutz 1MW) and the ECOTEC X18XE engine. This system can increase the energy efficiency of the engine. The presented paper describes a proposition for the application of such a system composed of thermoelectric generators (TEG) which use the semiconductor technology and the Stirling engine. The results of the temperature tests on surfaces of considered engines and in the exhaust systems, also have been presented. The test results have been analysed in view of their application in the distributed micro cogeneration.
