X-ray computer tomography is a new field of coordinate measuring technique. It allows to perform non-contact and non-destructive tests of geometry for elements made of different materials. It is an indispensable technique for the control patency of head race or pores in castings. Like every other measurement technique, computed tomography has some limitations, the biggest of one is the ability to penetrate the measured object by radiation X. The paper presents an analysis of the accuracy of measurement geometric features using three CTs. The results were compared with data obtained from the CMM and the optical scanner.
