Obecność kwasu askorbinowego w ilości 50 mg/l wody powodowała gwałtowny i silny spadek intensywności fotosyntezy moczarki kanadyjskiej, zarówno z zastosowaniem doświetlania z użyciem światła halogenowego jak i ledowego.
The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of daylight and various luminous fluxes from halogen and LED light on the intensity of Elodea canadensis photosynthesis in the presence of ascorbic acid. In the research, ascorbic acid was used in the amount of 50 mg / l of water and illumination with halogen light with a luminous flux of 405 lm and 1320 lm and LED light with a luminous flux of 470 lm and 1521 lm were used. An increase in the intensity of photosynthesis was observed with a higher luminous flux compared to the intensity of photosynthesis under the influence of a lower luminous flux of each of the individual selected artificial light sources, both in the tests with and without the addition of ascorbic acid. The presence of ascorbic acid in the amount of 50 mg / l of water caused a rapid and strong decrease in the intensity of photosynthesis in Elodeacanadensis, both with the use of halogen and LED lighting.
