W artykule przedstawiono problematykę intensyfikacji wykorzystania infrastruktury sieciowej. Konieczność jej realizacji wynika bezpośrednio z krajowych uwarunkowań: formalno-prawnych, środowiskowych, społecznych, tech-nicznych i ekonomicznych związanych z realizacją procesu inwestycyjnego dla inwestycji sieciowych. Intensyfikacja wykorzystania infrastruktury sieciowej polega na: odpowied¬niej lokalizacji źródeł wytwórczych i odbiorców likwidującej ograniczenia przesyłowe, moder¬nizacji istniejących linii i stacji elektroenergetycznych zwiększających ich zdolności przesyłowe oraz wdrożeniu obciążalności dynamicznej, która pozwala na zwiększenie możliwości obciążeniowych istniejących linii przy uwzględnieniu rzeczywistych warunków atmosferycznych otoczenia przewodów roboczych. Przeanalizowano rozwiązania umożliwiające zwiększenie przepustowości termicznej linii napowietrznych w oparciu o monitoring obciążalności prądowej linii. Stanowi to jedną z najbardziej atrakcyjnych możliwości intensyfikacji wykorzystania zdolności przesyłowych istniejącej infrastruktury sieciowej w krajowym systemie elektroenergetycznym.
In this paper, an intensification of the network infrastructure use is described. A necessity of its realization results directly from the national conditionings: formal-legal, environmental, social, technical and economical connected with the execution of investment process for the network investments. The intensification of the network infrastructure use depends on: a proper location of power generation sources and electricity consumers eliminating transmission constraints, the modernization of existing power lines and power substations increasing their transmission capacity and an implementation of the dynamic current-carrying capacity which allows increasing possibilities of the transmission capacity for existing lines when it takes into consideration the real atmospheric conditions of the environment of operating conductors. Various solutions for an increase the thermal capacity of the overhead power lines, which rely on the use of the systems for monitoring of the current-carrying capacity of line, are analysed. It is one of the best attractive possibility for an intensification of transmission capacities use for the existing network infrastructure in National Electric Power System (NEPS). The use of systems for the monitoring of current-carrying capacity of lines makes allowing for variability of the thermal capacity of the overhead power lines possible. It is a way of seasonal increase the capacity of network arm. The dynamic current-carrying capacities for overhead power lines depend on local atmospheric conditions and their maximum values can exceed significantly values of the static current-carrying capacities when it takes into consideration only seasonal variability of their conditions. In this paper, profile of process of the intensification of the network infrastructure use is performed and solutions which are or can used presently in NEPS are dis-cussed.
