In Poland there are a lot of legal problems concerning traditional food. This situation confirms the research presented during The International Trade and Agriculture Fair in Poznan. The first issue concerns identification and functioning of legal concepts concerning traditional food. Other issues include problems of consumer perceptions concerning quality. Another aspect involves rural developments in Poland and financial issues. On the other hand, Poland is distinguished by culinary tradition and food quality. That could prognosticate a better future.
