The paper deals with problematic of the working methods and techniques used in the ethnological and ethnomuseological research. The authoress describes concrete working methods that ethnomuseologists use in the field research as well as in the processing of obtained data. She focuses mainly on the research of traditional buildings, traditional agriculture and style of living. Exchange of experience between colleagues may be useful and contributing in this sense.
