We demonstrate a novel light source based on coherent three-channel waveform multiplexing employing 28-fs carrier-envelope-phase stable pulses. This waveform synthesizer consists of the three-channel as 0.8 μm, 1.35 μm, and 1.95 μm. The three-channel pulse energy reaches 50 mJ, which is the highest energy ever reported for a parallel synthesizer.
For the future progress of nonlinear attosecond science, one of the most important issues is the development of high-energy isolated attosecond pulse sources. In this paper, we review our research on the energy-scaling method for isolated attosecond pulse generation, which combines infrared two-color gating and an energy-scaling method of high-order harmonic generation. By establishing the robust...
We have observed periodical frequency modulation of high-order harmonics by changing the delay between the driving two-color laser fields, for the first time. The amplitude of the modulation has been up to ∼0.4 eV.
