Anisotrope Halbleiter‐Nanokomposite sind vielversprechende Materialien für den Gebrauch in organisch‐anorganischen Nanohybrid‐Solarzellen. In ihrer Zuschrift auf S. 4044 ff. berichten Z. Lin et al. über derartige, durch eine katalysatorfreie Klick‐Reaktion synthetisierte Strukturen, in denen CdSe‐Nanostäbe und Poly(3‐hexylthiophen) in engem Kontakt sind.
Halbleitende organisch‐anorganische Nanokomposite wurden durch eine katalysatorfreie Klick‐Reaktion von Ethinyl‐substituiertem Poly(3‐hexylthiophen) (P3HT) mit Azid‐funktionalisierten CdSe‐Nanostäbchen synthetisiert (siehe Bild). Diese Nanokomposite haben eine definierte Grenzfläche zwischen P3HT und CdSe‐Nanostäben und erleichtern die elektronische Wechselwirkung.
