A broadband annual dielectric loaded cylindrical dielectric resonator Antenna (ADLCDRA) is designed and analyzed in this paper. The proposed antenna has a simple structure of two parts providing the monopole-type radiation pattern. It has a wide impedance bandwidth of 55% covering the frequency range from 0.71 to 1.25GHz and has a low profile of 0.173 λ0 (λ0 is the wavelength of the center frequency).
A novel dual-polarized dielectric resonator antenna with two groups of differential feeding networks is presented. By using this feeding way, the port isolation[6] of 28 dB and the cross-polarization level of 35 dB are got. Since its feeding network is symmetric, a symmetric radiation pattern is achieved. The simulated −10-dB impedance bandwidth is 13% (2.3–2.6GHz) for the WLAN application.
In this letter, we suggest using multiple azimuth channels (MACs) for synthetic aperture radar in the sliding spotlight mode. First, we analyze the scene size constraints of conventional sliding spotlight mode, showing that a large scene size requires long scene illumination time. However, while using multiple channels in azimuth, this could be changed. Dividing a long antenna into small antennas,...
