We propose a method to design the holographic leaky-wave antenna composed of the artificial impedance surface, which can radiate the multi-beam with frequency scanning in one-dimension or in two-dimension space. Two samples corresponding to different characteristics of the frequency sweep are simulated to show the validity of our design.
