On page 9831, Z. M. Wang, Y.‐L. Chueh and co‐workers present wafer scale phase‐engineered 1T‐ and 2H‐ MoSe2/Mo core‐shell 3D‐hierarchical nanostructures, toward efficient electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction with excellent Tafel slope as low as 34.7 mV dec−1, which is close to the theoretical value of 29 mV dec−1 dominated by a Volmer‐Tafel reaction.
