Fluorescent isocoumarin‐fused cycloalkynes, which are reactive in SPAAC and give fluorescent triazoles regardless of the azide nature, have been developed. Abgesehen von vielen in letzter Zeit veröffentlichten Ru‐, Cu‐ und Mn‐Katalysatoren erwies sich auch ein neuartiger, makrocyclischer Tetracarbeneisen(II)‐Katalysator als geeignet für Aziridin‐Synthesen in guten Ausbeuten und mit niedrigen Katalysatorbeladungen.
