The transforming process of amorphous ZnO/nanocrystalline ZnO was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. XRD and TEM indicate that the amorphous ZnO gradually transformed to nanocrystalline ZnO and the nanocrystalline ZnO from ∼2.3nm to ∼21nm were prepared following the increase of reaction temperature. Ultraviolet (UV) PL illuminates...
For temperature control question in hyperthermia, temperature field is simulated and a two-dimension fuzzy temperature control system is designed. And control algorithm of this system and its realization on FPGA(Field??|Programmable Gate Array) is provided. The optical fiber temperature sensor is used to ensure accuracy of temperature measurement. The results indicated that the fuzzy control can effectively...
Groundwater was monitored to investigate its hydrochemical variation and possible influencing factors from April, 2007 to May, 2009 at the inlet (D1) and outlet (S2) of Qingmuguan subterranean river in Chongqing, China. The response of the subterranean river discharge to rainfall events was very fast and dramatic, as the water level rising suddenly and dropping sharply with rainfall amount in the...
The ZnO quantum dots prepared via the solid-state pyrolytic reaction were studied. Our studies revealed the surface of ZnO quantum dots modified by amorphous ZnO. The as prepared quantum dots with sizes varying from 2-3 nm yields a blue shift about 0.15 eV and shows an enhanced ultraviolet emission of 3-5 times over that of high quality ZnO nanoparticles.
