Organometal halide perovskite material was investigated as a promising candidate for resistive random-access memory (RRAM). In order to improve the stability of perovskite RRAM, a polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) interlayer was inserted between perovskite and metal electrode. High ON-OFF current ratio (106) and operating voltage as low as 0.5 V were achieved in the PMMA encapsulated perovskite RRAM.
High performance CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite photodetectors are realized by applying thin films of fullerene derivatives as interfacial layers between the metal contact and the perovskite materials. The perovskite photodetector with PC61BM interlayer demonstrates much better performance than that with IC60BA interlayer, reaching a responsivity of 57.6 mA/W. The influences of different fullerene derivatives...
We prepared single wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) thin films and Graphene oxide doped SWNT (GO-doped SWNT) composite thin films via vacuum filtration and transferring techniques. The SWNT and GO-doped SWNT films along with gold (Au) were applied as back electrode for Cadmium telluride (CdTe) solar cells, in place of the traditional copper/gold (Cu/Au) back electrode. Our results show that the CdTe...
This paper presents a novel approach to maximize the current density of electrodes modified by carbon nanotubes for high efficiency hydrogen production. Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs), due to their unique electrical conductivity and mechanical properties, have led to our interest in their application of MWNTs for water splitting purposes. The motivation for this work is to provide a platform...
