A homogeneous monomeric laccase (ASL) from Agaricus sinodeliciosus, with a molecular mass of 65 kDa, was isolated using ion‐exchange chromatography (CM‐cellulose and Q‐Sepharose) and gel‐filtration chromatography (Superdex 75).
