In summary, we carefully investigated the dependence of the properties of an EUV emission driven by a sub-10-fs laser pulse on the CEP. We found that a CEP-sensitive structure appeared in a broad wavelength range from the ldquoplateaurdquo to the ldquocut-offrdquo region. An oscillation structure appears in the ldquocut-offrdquo region, and the emission spectra exhibit complicated fine structure near...
The authors investigate the dependence of the properties of an EUV emission driven by a sub-10- fs laser pulse on the carrier envelope phase (CEP). The results indicated that a complicated fine structure appeared near the highest edge of the "plateau," which might be interference between the regular harmonics and the modulated spectral components in the cut-off region.
We observed the interference spectrum that depends on the carrier-envelope phase using a few-cycle laser pulse. The phenomenon is based on the interference between the second and third harmonics generated from a ZnO thin film.
