We experimentally demonstrate a dynamic λ-OFDMA with selective DPSK overlaid, and multicast control is realized through an alternative LO. The 10-Gb/s P2P signal, 2.5-Gb/s overlaid and 1.25-Gb/s upstream signal are transmitted 25km fiber successfully.
A novel and flexible bandwidth scheduling scheme based on three dimensional divisions multiplexing of MSK-OFDM for both downstream and upstream data in OFDM-PON is proposed and experimentally demonstrated with good performances at 2.5Gbit/s by 5 sidebands.
This paper proposes a novel ECDM-OFDM-PON architecture for next-generation passive optical network. An error free bidirectional transmission of two PON channels has been successfully demonstrated in the experiment.
We experimentally propose and demonstrate generation, transmission and reception of the optical OFDM-MSK modulation in WDM-PON. Our experimental results suggest that OFDM-MSK modulation scheme will be a promising candidate for future optical access network.
We propose and demonstrate a novel architecture of converged 32QAM-OFDM ROF and WDM-OFDM-PON by employing an integrated modulator. The 10Gb/s 16QAM-OFDM wired signal, 1Gb/s 32QAM-OFDM wireless signal and upstream signal are transmitted 25km fiber successfully.
