This paper presents a practical approach to implement the economic dispatch of the hydrothermal power system in Southern China. The proposed economic dispatch method first computes the initial generation plans for all generator units including hydro units, which are determined according to the equal incremental principal of hydrothermal system. The system loss is approximately considered during the...
This paper addresses collective rotating motions of second-order multi-agent systems in three dimensional space (3-D). A distributed control protocol is introduced. A necessary and sufficient condition is derived under which all agents reach consensus while rotating around a common point. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
In this paper, a notion of S*-pair wise compactness in L-bitopological space is introduced and its basical properties are studied. It is proved that the intersection of an S*-pair wise compactness L-set with a biclosed L-set ( resp., the finite sum of some S*-pair wise compactness L-sets, the continuous image of an S*-pair wise compactness L-set and the product of some S*-pair wise compactness L-sets)...
This paper proposes a novel multi-signature scheme to meet the requirements of the practical application of office automation systems. The scheme is based on sequential and broadcasting multi-signature schemes, each of which solves a difficult mathematics problem. Comparing it with existing schemes, we concluded that the scheme is more secure and has improved efficiency of computation.
