In this paper an alternative method for evaluating the spatial uniform and isotropic electromagnetic field within a reverberating chamber (RC) is proposed. Experiments accomplished at the RC of the Università degli Studi di Napoli Parthenope, formerly Istituto Universitario Navale (IUN) confirm the soundness of the proposed model and its effectiveness from an operational point of view.
