Frequency metrology with a turnkey all-fiber system

The repetition-rate and carrier envelope offset frequency of a turnkey, all-fiber-based continuum generator are phase-locked to a highly stable atomic clock, a H-maser. With this source, optical frequency measurements at 1064nm and at 1542nm are demonstrated. The performance of this turnkey system was found to be comparable to a traditional Ti:sapphire-based comb.

Generation of octave-spanning Raman comb stabilized to an optical frequency standard

We show a novel octave-spanning comb generation having precise frequencyspacing of a Raman transition. It is shown that the carrier-envelope-offset of the Raman comb is precisely controlled by stabilizing the driving lasers to an optical-frequency-standard.

Laser-diode-pumped Nd:YAG lasers at 1319 nm are frequency stabilized by locking their frequency-doubled output (660 nm) to Doppler-free absorption lines of molecular iodine.
