We propose a new design of the polarization beam splitter based on photonic crystals at the wavelength 1.55µm. The numerical results show that the transmission efficiency is up to 91%.
In this paper, we proposed the design of directional coupler integrated with ring resonator based on photonic crystals (PCs) to develop a triplexer filter, which can separate the wavelengths at 1550nm, 1490m, and 1310nm.
