We develop a method to construct tetrahedral mesh from contours in this paper. Each tetrahedron is generated under the supervision of the defined quality measure standard. This method reduces possibility of intersection between the segment and the triangle. Intersection test is sufficiently analyzed to guarantee that there is no overlap between tetrahedrons.
