Jakobshavn Isbræ in west Greenland has been undergoing dramatic thinning since 1997. Applying the interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) technique to Radarsat‐1 SAR data, we measure crustal uplift near Jakobshavn Isbræ caused by recent ice mass loss.
