In this work we demonstrate a novel integration approach to fabricate CMOS circuits on plastic substrates (poly-ethylene naphthalate, PEN). We use pentacene and amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) thin-film transistors (TFTs) as p-channel and n-channel devices, respectively.
