A dual-band bandpass filter using a transversal-interference multimode resonator is proposed. The resonator is composed of a flatten ring resonator attached with two open-circuited stubs. By properly selecting the connecting position between the stubs and a ring, the two pairs of resonant modes can be grouped to make up the dual-passband response, and they can be further separated with virtue of two...
This paper proposes a new application of power amplifiers linearization technology for concurrent Dual-band differing in power. A Broadband power amplifier is used to verify proposed application. The dual 20MHz band spacing 200MHz are test at the carrier frequency of 2.3GHz and 2.5GHz. And the dual-band's power have more than 10dB difference. When the difference is 15dB, the simplified model can achieve...
This paper proposes a new form of polynomial model for concurrent dual-band digital predistortion. Different with usual 2D-DPD models, the new model introduces (x1(n-m) + x2(n-m))and (x1(n-m) - x2(n-m))two terms, avoids (x1(n-m) + x2(n-m)j term to make the polynomial form simplified. A High efficiency Broadband GaN HEMT power amplifier is used to verify the model. The dual 20MHz band spacing 140MHz...
This paper presents the design of a compact dual mode dual-band microstrip filter. A dual mode resonator is proposed based on the concept of SIR. The dual band filter can support CDMA and WiFi simultaneously. The measured results show that insertion loss are 0.62 dB and 1.2 dB at 0.85GHz and 2.46GHz respectively which are in excellent agreement with simulation.
