Inkjet Printing Mura in Polyimide (PI) Film process for high resolution panel is discussed. In this paper, we investigated the origin of injet printing mura from aspects of the array substrate and the inkjet process. According to our experiments, step‐structure edge of via hole and the maximum dot pitch between PI drops could reduce the ratio and degree of inkjet printing mura effectively.
