Owing to NAND flash technology facing its scaling limit, resistive random access memory (RRAM) with simple film stack and no cross coupling issue between cells is a promising candidate for future high density memory application [1,2]. The 1TnR architecture with 3D vertical RRAM (VRRAM) structure realizes ultra-low bit cost for high compact density array [3,4]. However, this novel 1TnR structure and...
In this study, the dispersion relation of the waves in the plasma guided by a coaxial dielectric loaded slow wave structure has been derived and solved. Results show that there are two different waves propagating in this structure. The associated physical mechanisms will be presented.
We report neutral dissociation of simple molecules in strong laser field, experimentally. Moreover, theoretical calculations of potential energy curves justify neutral dissociation through super excited states in all of the investigated gases.
The altitude control of flapping-wing micro-aerial vehicles (MAVs) is discussed in this paper. The Tamkang University (TKU) has been devoted to the development of flapping-wing robots for a long period, including design, fabrication and control. On the basis of the earlier knowledge on the Golden Snitch, a flapping-wing MAV in TKU, we develop a non-intrusive navigation methodology by using stereo...
We investigate the effect of single and multiple impurities on the Zeeman-localized, spin polarized bound states in dilute magnetic semiconductor hybrid systems.
This paper demonstrates a novel distributed control PON system (DCPON). Equipped with a distributed adaptable DBA algorithm that enables real-time precise bandwidth allocation, DCPON achieves high utilization, fairness, low request/response time, and superior service differentiation.
Recently, the significant change of OH spectra of highly Mg-doped LiNbo3 during polarization reversal process have been found experimentally. However, there is no proper theory and model to explain the unusual phenomena. Based on the Nb-vacancy model, the OH absorption band for highly Zn and Mg doped LiNbo3 single crystals under coercive field were calculated. Theoretical investigation of OH absorption...
