Licht im Dunkeln: Metallnanopartikel (M=Ag0, Au0 und Cu0) wurden elektrochemisch auf den Poren von Ionenkanälen einer stabilen Protein‐1‐Membran abgeschieden (siehe Bild). Die Metallnanopartikel wurden benötigt, um die Bindung von Antigenen an Antikörper auf Einzelmolekülebene mittels Dunkelfeldmikroskopie und Plasmonenresonanz‐Rayleigh‐Streuung zu untersuchen.
