In article number 2309761, Huabin Zhang and co‐workers report a simple and effective strategy to anchor isolated Mn species on the surface of TiO2 nano‐pompons as CO2 reduction photocatalysts. The obtained Mn species possess dual‐functional properties for CO2 adsorption and activation, yielding greatly improved kinetic efficiency of CO2 from capture to conversion.
