This paper presents a tunable bandstop filter using the shunted two-section stubs and z domain technique. The proposed filter employs varactor shunt with two-section stubs to control the center frequency. In the measured results, the center frequency is tuned from 0.9 GHz to 1.3 GHz, and the ratios of the center frequencies of next higher order harmonics to fundamental frequencies are more than 5.
The goal of this paper is, via dissipative theory, to design a dissipative filter for a class of nonlinear systems described by Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model. We first reformulate the problems in an estimation/filtering error system such that the error system is dissipatively asymptotically stable with respect to a specifically chosen quadratic supply rate. Then we derive the synthesis conditions...
This paper develops a new multilayered wide-passband bandpass filter with the assistance of low-temperature co-fired ceramic technology. The mutually inductive coupling between the input and output port of a low- and high-pass filter cascaded in the proposed filter is utilized as well. The results show that in the passband of 3.1-4.9 GHz, the measured insertion loss and return loss of this filter...
This paper focuses on improving an LSP-based multi-description coding (MDC) scheme for concealing losses when real-time CELP-coded speech data is sent over IP networks. In that scheme, LSP vectors are interleaved because they are highly correlated and can be reconstructed by interpolations when packets are delayed or lost. However, excitation vectors are random in nature and must be replicated in...
