We present a 3-D electromagnetic modeling method for planar Schottky diode based on a field-circuit integrated way. A 3-D EM model of the linear part of a commercial Schottky diode, which is MA46H146 fabricated by MACOM in this paper, is established in HFSS. The driving mechanism and motion realization of underwater gliders model is analyzed.
