<?Pub Dtl?>In this paper, we reformulate the quasi-static spectral-domain approach, using the partial capacitance method (PCM), to compute the and dependent equivalent isotropic substrates corresponding to the anisotropic substrate asymmetric coplanar waveguide (ACPW), coplanar waveguide (CPW), micro-coplanar strip line (MCS), and microstrip line. We have used the closed-form dispersion...
This paper presents a study of Multilayer Microstrip line of finite conductor thickness using Quasi-Static Spectral Domain Analysis (SDA) method. The finite conductor thickness of the strip is replaced by two parallel strips of zero conductor thickness. The Green's function for the multilayer microstrip line in Fourier domain is obtained by Transverse Transmission Line (TTL) technique. Galerkin's...
We used the perturbation method along with the concept of the stopping distance to compute the frequency dependent conductor loss of the ACPW structure for both the thin and thick strip conductors. The method has 4.3% average deviation for wide range of data against the full-wave methods. The method is suitable for the CAD purpose.
