We experimentally demonstrate an ultrafast optical pulse repetition rate multiplication technique based on reconfigurable time domain spectral amplitude/phase filtering operation provided by only a dispersive fiber and electro-optical modulator driven by a 40GHz pulse pattern generator, which can be programmed to control the repetition rate.
