Zinc Oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles are prepared using sol–gel technique; while Polyaniline (PANI) is prepared via chemical oxidative polymerization of aniline. For the formation of composites fixed weight of ZnO nanoparticles were physically blended, followed by grinding with increasing weight content of PANI.
