We consider the problem of single image object motion deblurring from a static camera. It is well-known that deblurring of moving objects using a traditional camera is ill-posed, due to the loss of high spatial frequencies in the captured blurred image. A coded exposure camera modulates the integration pattern of light by opening and closing the shutter within the exposure time using a binary code...
Transmission properties of subwavelength aperture arrays having deterministic and stochastic fractal morphologies were studied using THz-TDS. We find that transmission enhancement decreases with increasing array size. These observations are explained using density-density correlation function model.
We demonstrate that sharp, well-defined transmission resonances occur with various classes of aperiodic aperture arrays, including quasiperiodic and approximate quasiperiodic structures. The resonance frequencies may be directly obtained from the associated aperture array structure factor.
We experimentally measure the complete complex dielectric response of plasmonic lattices at terahertz frequencies, and demonstrate that it is significantly different from bulk metals. We further demonstrate the ability to engineer arbitrarily this dielectric response.
