Nowadays, there are a lot of graph data in many fields such as biology, medicine, social networks and so on. However, it is difficult to detect anomaly and get the useful information if we want to apply the traditional algorithms in graph data. Statistical pattern recognition and structural pattern recognition are two main methods in pattern recognition. The disadvantage of statistical pattern recognition...
Captcha recognition plays an important role in Internet security, and conglutination characters segmentation is still the bottleneck of captcha recognition research. In this paper, a method of captcha segmentation based on improved vertical projection can efficiently solve the segmentation problem of different types of conglutination characters in captcha combining both numbers and letters, so as...
Target traversing is an important research topic in wireless sensor networks. Most works in this area consider the coverage issues of the target's moving paths. The minimal exposure path problem is to find a path among sensors so that the target's total exposure to the sensors is minimized. Most existing traversal algorithms ensure the target to stay as far as possible from static sensors. In this...
A timing synchronization system for QAM signal is proposed in our work. Both Gardner algorithm and Farrow-structure are included to optimize our design. The synchronization system can be used separately before the carrier synchronization and not sensitive to carrier phase. The system of 128 QAM signal is simulated and implemented in FPGA platform, which proves that be effective, and has good performance.
A modified timing recovery method is designed for QPSK demodulation. On the basis of Gardner interpolation theory about timing synchronization, the complex interpolation filter is replaced with two-stage cascade filters. Taking the QPSK signal for instance, the system is built and simulated, which proves that it has good performance.
A DRM system scheme based on PKI is proposed and designed in this paper, which can achieve secure distribution and use of digital content. The system architecture, secure mechanism, workflow are described. At last the system simulation-testing and analysis are presented, testing and analysis results show that the scheme is feasible and effective.
Since there is no fixed infrastructure or centralized management in wireless sensor networks, a connected dominating set (CDS) has been proposed to serve as a virtual backbone. The CDS of a graph representing a network has a significant impact on the efficient design of routing protocols in wireless sensor networks. This problem has been studied extensively, in which all nodes have the same transmission...
Recently, the video-based technologies play an important role in monitoring fields, including the detection, identification and tracking of moving object. This paper designs an effective pedestrian detection and tracking algorithm in the traffic environment. Firstly, extract the moving prospect from the background in the video images, using conventional frame difference algorithm. The moving targets...
