The technological condition for polyaniline thin films deposition by me ans of ionic sputtering in argon atmosphere is considered. As result polyaniline films of conductive emeraldine form was obtained.
The condition influence was studiem of thin poly (o-toluidine) (POTI) thermovacuum deposition on its optical properties. The correlation between deposition temperature, optical anisotropy and refractive index of deposited films was estimated also.
