To make out a reasonable reference to the choice of sensor in the field of optical fiber temperature sensing, these temperature measurement experiments were carried out, including fiber Bragg grating, optical fiber Brillouin scattering, Raman Scattering Fiber Optic sensors, which are all packaged with FRP suitable for engineering applications. Then temperature measurement results are obtained. Meanwhile,...
A new kind of FBG displacement sensor is developed which can be temperature self-compensation. Experiments were carried out to validate characters of the sensor which has good linearity and repetition. The displacement resolution is 0.01mm, and the correlation coefficient is within 0.9999. The sensor is fit for the optical sensing system.
