We report on the first quantum-dot SESAM modelocked high-repetition-rate laser at 1550 nm. We demonstrate 10 GHz ERGO laser generating 2 ps pulses, modelocked by InAs/GaAs QD SESAM with measured saturation fluence of 9 μJ/cm2.
