This paper presents the development of a portable microscope with dielectric liquid lens. This device provides the tunable working distance from 7.6 mm to 6.7 mm by adjusting the voltage of dielectric liquid lens. The liquid lens's response time is about 200 ms and electric power consumption about 0.32 mW.
