With graphene emerging as one of the promising materials in exploring novel and reconfigurable electromagnetic devices, in this paper, we summarize and discuss the electromagnetic property of graphene in different frequencies, as well as introduced two kinds of, namely, surface-wave and spatial-wave based electromagnetic devices base on graphene. Simultaneously, typical mechanisms for designing these...
In this paper we present a new kind of equipment for ultra broadband microwave absorption, which consists of two graphene resistive loop (GRL) structures based on the graphene supercapacitors (GSCs), the different geometry sizes of the two GRLs provide two resonant frequencies. As a result, above 90% absorption ranging from 5 to 20GHz is obtained.
A novel strategy for confined synthesis of graphene wrapped nano-sized LiMn0.5Fe0.5PO4 hybrid composite has been developed, including co-precipitation and solvothermal reactions. The LiMn0.5Fe0.5PO4 nanoparticles with a constrained diameter of 20 nm are homogeneously wrapped by a continuous interconnected graphene sheets. The mechanism and composite structure evolution during the process are carefully...
Two dimensional graphene metasurfaces working in terahertz regime are proposed to realize dynamical control of wavefront with high efficiency. Each graphene metasurface consists of an array of graphene rectangle patches on square grounded dielectric substrate. The reflection amplitude and phase of graphene rectangle patches are investigated with different patch lengths and widths. It is found that...
