First-order approximate first integrals (conserved quantities)of a Hamiltonian dynamical system with two degrees of freedomwhich arises in the modeling of central part of a deformed galaxy [1] havebeen obtained based on the approximate Noether symmetries for resonancesω1=ω2, ω1=2ω2 and 2ω1=3ω2. Furthermore,KAM curves have been obtained analytically and they have been compared with thenumerical ones...
Assuming that a dynamical system (DS) has a periodic solutionwith period T in the neighborhood of an equilibrium, a newDS can be obtained which governs approximately the motion oftrajectories in the neighborhood of the periodic orbit. Approximatesymmetries and first integrals have been discussed for this DS. Theresults have been demonstrated on the Helmholtz oscillator.
