Summary We report on the results of low-temperature (1.8-10 K) magnetic relaxation measurements in an epitaxial thin film of Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3Ox. (Tl-2223), showing that quantum creep occurs below T ≅ 4 K in an intermediate regime where both Hall and dissipative terms contribute to the tunneling of vortices.
