A novel linear matrix inequality (LMI) condition for the stability of the sampled-data fuzzy control system based on the Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model is presented. Using the novel Lyapunov functional, the relaxed stability condition is presented for the sampled-data fuzzy control and represented in the LMI format. A simulation example is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
In this paper, relaxed stability of polynomial fuzzy system is considered. Proposed relaxed stability condition is based on the non-quadratic Lyapunov function (NQLF). Since the condition that contains the time derivative of the fuzzy weighting function (FWF) cannot be casted into linear matrix inequality (LMI) condition, various researches arbitrarily set the bound of its magnitude. To solve this...
This paper presents relaxed stabilization condition for artificial Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy control systems. Continuous membership functions of the T-S fuzzy system are represented by staircase membership functions. With the property of the staircase membership functions, it turns the set of infinite number of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) based stability conditions into a finite one. The proposed...
