Eosinophilic angiocentric fibrosis is an unusual inflammatory entity which affects the upper respiratory tract. The etiology remains unclear and the symptoms are related to the focal progression. No case has been reported with a radiological point of view. We describe the radiological findings (CT and MRI) in a 41-year-old man with trigeminal neuralgia, who has been diagnosed with EAF.
