Europium doped calcium molybdate (CaMoO4:Eu3+) were synthesized by a high-energy ball milling method. Crystal structure and morphology were confirmed by XRD pattern and FE-SEM images, respectively. The photoluminescence (PL) properties of Eu3+ in these phosphors were studied by analyzing the excitation and emission spectra for the effect of europium concentration.
We investigate the effects of surface plasmons (SPs) by Au nanopartilces (NPs) on performance of silicon nanocrystals light-emitting diodes. The light emission was enhanced due to the localized SPs by Au NPs.
In this paper, two considerations were presented for designing pico-projector based-on LCoS panel and LED. To have a clear picture, LED duty cycle has to be less than 50% of whole possible LED illumination times. And, a constant current circuit is needed to maintain a white balance of picture.
In order to maximize the utilization of mobile sensor network, formation of sensor set and localization of each sensor node must be implemented. It is required that localization is one of the most important functionality of mobile sensor nodes. In this paper, we present a technique which improves the relative location of the MSN with a computer vision technology. This technique effects only in short...
An efficient ID recognition method is described that uses blinking patterns of an infrared light emitting diode (IR-LED) and a camera with variable frame rates. The method provides real-time synchronization of simple communication and high applicability and efficiency with its compact design in many cases. We focused on analyzing the blinking patterns of infrared light using an inexpensive web camera...
